Your reservation is guaranteed when you receive a confirmation from the campsite. After acceptance of our offer, you engage yourself to pay an advance of 30% of the total amount of the stay within 10 days by bank transfer. This advance will be reduced by the final invoice. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received in the bank account.

The customer's wishes regarding the location will be taken into account as far as possible, The direction keeps the right of changing the pitch number for a similar emplacement whenever needed. The stay can only be extended according to the number of places available.

Arrivals from 2 pm until 9 pm. On the day of departure, the customer must leave his pitch before 11.00 am.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be received by the campsite in writing.

If the cancellation is received after the 8th day before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the advance will be retained.

Late arrival:

In the absence of a written message from the camper stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the pitch becomes available 12 hours after the scheduled date and full payment of expenses is still required.

Shortening stay:

If the length of your stay needs to be shortened to a period inferior to the reservation then the total amount of the reservation is due.

Rentals

Your reservation is guaranteed when you receive a confirmation from the campsite. After acceptance of our offer, you engage yourself to pay the half of the total amount of the stay within 10 days by bank transfer. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received in the bank account. The remaining amount should be transfered to our bank account at least 30 days before your stay.

Arrivals from 16:00 until 20:00 pm - accommodation must be vacated before 10:00.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be received by the campsite in writing.

If the cancellation is received before the 21st day of the arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the rental will be retained.

Between the 21st and the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount is retained.

Late arrival:

In the absence of a written message from the camper stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation becomes available 12 hours after the scheduled date and full payment of expenses is still required.

Shortening stay:

If the length of your stay needs to be shortened to a period inferior to the reservation then the total amount of the reservation is due.
